In House Maintenance
Maintenance and repair services are available at the client’s request. When maintenance or repair services are needed the client has the option to have the repairs done by their own means or simply allow us to take care of these issues for them. A complete report along with written estimates and quotations are provided for the client’s approval before work commences. |

Emergency Services Emergency service is required from time to time such as plumbing or electrical services. Our 24 Hour Emergency paging service offers peace of mind. The Emergency paging telephone number is provided as part of the tenant package for reference if ever needed. |

Property Inspections
Yearly inspections of all properties are a standard service included in the contract. A written summary detailing needed repairs, and/or maintenance is provided and the client can than decide best action and direct Ryis Properties Inc. in rectifying the reported issues. |

Exit Interviews
Exit interviews are performed when a tenant decides to end tenancy. The property is inspected for any damages as well as to prepare to begin viewing for prospective new tenants. The exit interview also allows any loose ends such as unpaid bills or money owing to be finalized.
